This month marks the fifth anniversary of my law practice. When I hung my shingle in May 2014, I had just one client, but an enormous amount of determination and drive.
Today, I represent more than 200 clients in connection with trademark, copyright, publishing, entertainment and general business matters. I’m privileged to work with the most amazing individuals, companies and brands, including Belgian Boys, Unplug Meditation, Hamilton: An American Musical, Keep America Beautiful, CBS, The Addams Family, eos Products, Theatre Development Fund, and Comments by Celebs. I’ve filed and manage nearly 1000 trademark applications and registrations in the United States and around the world, have a 100% success rate in UDRP proceedings, have negotiated hundreds of agreements, and recently won a significant trial before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Building and growing my law practice has been more rewarding and enriching than I could have ever imagined, and well worth the time and work I’ve invested.
I want to give a big thanks to Kelly Glenn, who has been my right hand since the early days. Thanks also to the lawyers who have worked for me over the years, including Christoffer Stromstedt, Adelaide Dunn and Linda Chan. And a special thank you to my friends at Levine Plotkin & Menin who impress and inspire me every day.
