Stacy founded The Law Office of Stacy J. Grossman PLLC in 2014, and since that time has offered clients the knowledge and expertise of a big-firm attorney plus the passion of an entrepreneur, developed over two decades as a lawyer and businesswoman.
Before establishing her firm, Stacy was Vice President and Associate General Counsel at News Corporation, where she provided counsel to the New York Post, HarperCollins, Amplify Education, News America Marketing, The Daily, BSkyB, Sky Italia and other businesses. Prior to joining News Corporation, she was a principal in the New York office of Fish & Richardson, focusing on intellectual property litigation and transactional matters.

Stacy received a BA in International Relations from Brown University, and a JD from Boston University School of Law. She’s an active member of several professional organizations, including the International Trademark Association, the Copyright Society, the New York City Bar Association and the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Stacy is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), and was on the Board of Women’s Media Group from 2016-2019.
